Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any individual course at any time by email or by requesting a cancellation when you are logged on to your online class. Please note, that you are eligible for the refund only if no more than one unit of your course has been completed. After you opened the second unit, the course fee is not refundable.

Certificate of Completion

The students can print out a
Certificate of Course Completion
at the end of each online class.
The Certificate cannot be issued for the completion of a CD course.

Privacy Policy

We will not use any personal information you provide on the registration form for any purpose other than registration, billing, and office communications with you. BGCenter will treat your school-related information in the same private manner we keep clinical records of our patients: we will not disclose any part of your records to anyone without your written request.
